Pricing questions

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the number of rooms at each property: up to 10 rooms is ₹500 / $5 per month, 11–20 rooms is ₹1,000 / $10, and 21–50 rooms is ₹2,000 / $20. For more than 50 rooms, contact us for bulk pricing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Contact us for a 14-day free trial. We'll connect your router to the dashboard and you can use every feature before choosing a plan.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Pay annually and you get 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12.

Are all features included in every tier?

Yes. Every tier includes the cloud dashboard, no static or public IP requirement, room check-in with auto check-out, vouchers and quick print, WhatsApp sharing, speed/time/data limits, live monitoring, staff logins and support.

Are taxes included?

Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST (India) or VAT, which are shown on your invoice.

I have several properties. How am I charged?

Each property is priced according to its number of rooms. If you have several properties or more than 50 rooms, contact us for bulk pricing.

Are there any setup or hardware costs?

Qubex Connect works with MikroTik routers. If you need a router or on-site help, any one-time costs are confirmed in your quote before you start.
